E-gift cards are dispatched shortly after payment and should take a few minutes to reach you via email. If you are experiencing a delay, please allow up to 24 hours for your E-gift card to arrive.
E-gift cards will expire 24 months from the date and time of purchase. If the e-gift card is not redeemed in full, any remaining balance will not be refunded.
You can purchase one e-gift card in a single transaction online. If you would like to purchase more than one e-gift card for different people, then please place a separate order. Your e-gift card will then be sent to you via the email address you provided when placing your order.
Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing an e-Gift card however discount codes can be used when spending the balance of an e-Gift card.
An e-gift card can be redeemed against a purchase on the store the e-gift card was purchased from, such as www.bambinomio.co.uk. An e-gift card cannot be redeemed with a stockist or retailer of Bambino Mio or in any store. E-gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for any monetary value and are non-refundable.
To use a discount code with your e-gift card, you must enter the discount or promotional code at checkout before making payment for your order. We cannot apply a discount to an order once it has been placed or issue a retrospective discount.
If you would like to return an item you purchased via our online store using your e-gift card, you will be refunded to the same e-gift card used if it is still valid. If it is not valid and you are within your 28 day returns period, then we will issue you with a new e-gift card.
When placing your order for an e-gift card you must enter a valid email address to receive the e-gift card successfully. Bambino Mio cannot be liable for any incorrect spelling or mistake when entering your email address. If an incorrect email address if provided then the e-gift card is not traceable.
