How to Use Reusable diapers

Use just like a disposable, except when they're used you wash them, rather than throwing them away. Adjustable poppers and velcro tabs allow the diaper to grow with your baby and they fit from newborn to potty.

How to Wash Reusable diapers

Store used diapers in your At Home Wet Bag (included in this bundle) for up to 3 days. Empty the Wet Bag contents into your washing machine. Wash 40°C with non-biological laundry detergent. Tumble dry on a low or cold setting.

Materialen

The outer core of the nappy uses polyester fibres which have been selected for their fast drying properties and whilst polyester is associated with high energy and water consumption, the quick drying time means lower energy consumption throughout its use - better for our planet and cheaper for you! An outstanding feature of this nappy is also the inclusion of a stitched-in micro-fibre. This clever, lightweight layer quickly absorbs liquid which means that when your baby is first born, you're unlikely to need to add a booster for additional absorbency until at least 6 weeks old.

The Daily Booster includes a combination of terry fabric made of bamboo and polyester fibres as well as polyester microfibre layers at the core. The bamboo outer layers reduce the chance of compression leaking, as bamboo keeps hold of liquid better than microfibre. The layer of microfibre between the bamboo terry layers quickly absorbs liquid and is protected from compression leaking by the surrounding bamboo terry layers.

      Pas eerst de drukknopen aan zodat ze goed passen voor je baby. Als je dit doet voordat je je wriemelende baby verschoont, gaat het een stuk makkelijker. Als je inleggers gebruikt (Messless of Revolutionary Reusable), leg je er een in het midden van de luier. Leg je baby vervolgens op de open luier en trek de voorkant omhoog. Controleer of de boosters en stof allemaal naar binnen zijn gestopt en of de elastische rand in de beenlijn zit. Voor een comfortabele pasvorm moet je twee vingers gemakkelijk in de tailleband aan de voorkant kunnen schuiven.

      Hoe was je herbruikbare luiers?

      Bewaar je luiers maximaal 3 dagen en als het wasdag is, leeg je de inhoud van je Stay at home natte zak in de wastrommel.

      Voor een zuinige en milieuvriendelijke wasbeurt kun je het beste altijd een volle was doen, maar zorg ervoor dat je wasmachine niet te vol zit. Als je de machine tot ongeveer ¾ vult, kunnen je luiers lekker ronddraaien in de was en worden ze extra schoon.

      We raden aan om je luiers te wassen op 40°C met een niet-biologisch wasmiddel. Het is niet nodig om wasverzachter te gebruiken bij het wassen, omdat dit het absorptievermogen van je luiers kan beïnvloeden.

      Voeg 3 eetlepels Bright & mighty luierreiniger om je was een boost te geven en moeilijke vlekken en geurtjes aan te pakken.

      Hoe droog je herbruikbare luiers?

      We raden aan om je luiers indien mogelijk binnen of buiten aan de lucht te laten drogen en niet aan directe warmte bloot te stellen. Indien nodig kunnen onze luiers in de droogtrommel op een lage/koude stand.

      Hoeveel luiers heb ik nodig?

      +

      Als je baby nog jong is, moet je zijn luier regelmatig controleren en om de 2-4 uur verschonen. Je kunt gebruikte luiers maximaal 3 dagen in je Stay at home natte tas bewaren voordat je ze wast. Met dit in gedachten raden we je aan 20 luiers te gebruiken, zodat je er een paar hebt om te gebruiken terwijl de andere in de was zitten. Onze Alles bundel wordt geleverd met alle 20 luiers plus een selectie accessoires.
